One time, I had this very nutritious Japanese meal for lunch (OBENTO), truly makes quite a difference in my diet and health as it feels very light but won't make you feel hungry, plus I felt energized throughout the day. Truly Japanese Obentos are well thought of when it comes to nutrition. Thumbs up!
