At last we went out a bit farther~ well, its actually just to prepare the condo but we've finally able to at the least have the time to do cleaning therapy and see a new refreshing scenery.
So, the real reason we have gone out is we have a tenant who will stay in and I prepared for that moment by finishing all work early.
It was the best pampering experience for me because I love cleaning and tidying things up. Remember those satisfying cleaning videos? I do that since I was in my elementary days to my relatives' house and it was truly satisfying!
We have new members of the family, the air purifier and the new Globe internet. They are both in minimalist white, my favorite!
I'll be posting a new youtube video of my whole adventure since New Years and until the time we went back in business. This is such a good start of the year and I do hope that situations will start to heal.
What are the upgrades?
Sanitizing Mist
With the current situation of COVID-19, we are wary of the virus that lurks in the air especially when another personnel have to do maintenance in the room. We keep our gas masks on but still we need to filter out this air after the job is done. So, meaw opted to buy a sanitizer mist which stays in the air for quite some time. It disperses the solution that combats the COVID particles in the air. It looks like smoke but it never triggers the alarm, we do not take off masks so easily after its dispersed, we wait for a few more minutes, mist a few alcohol in the air again and only then will we take them off. It's best to be this paranoid but of course we are wary if the disinfectants will affect us. I lost a doctor collegue with the sanitation protocol, they sprayed in on him and he died with inhalation. So, yeah we're pretty wary of the solution and researched ones that won't affect us.
The best thing is that the machine is glossy WHITE!
Air Purifier
Meanwhile, air purifiers are a must on Korea but now we also installed one, its white and black. Rectangular like and can stand on its own. It looks so stylish and seem to get along with the interiors...
Globe Xtreme internet
While we have switched to Globe internet for more mobility, we did have a few hiccups but nothing that couldn't be solved by just rebooting. Sometimes it needs a bit of refresh by just plugging the cord and it provides a good access to the internet. I chose homesurf and homewatch based on how long the client will be staying in and can monitor the data even during refresh times around 11 pm. I was super confused what app I used but globeone app worked for me to monitor data status and reload anywhere.
Its just a trial phase we have with the Globe Xtreme internet, but if really needed we will consider the lined version.

The condo is in good shape thanks to the care and maintenance of meaw. We went in and only needed a few sweep here and there, over all everything is still in tip top shape. We were finished cleaning after 3 hours and only changed new sheets in the morning.
Problems in the bathroom
I watched Aurikatarina and planning to apply cleaning the shower glass separator in the CR, I couldn't get rid of the hard stains but the problem is it seems to have a double glass and I couldn't get into the inside of both. I figured out that this will take time so I will study and do it some other days.
I've learned a lot from watching her videos like using Alkaline solution and oven cleaner for the grease and many more.
I'm not that successful yet but she help inspire me to enjoy cleaning than ever before.
Princessy Lace Night gown
I definitely felt like a princess when I wore the lace night gown, I thought it would be cold wearing it but to my surprise, it feels so cozy in it.
In the morning, I went a bit of minimal with skirt and white rubber shoes look to channel a bit of korean style in, it was comfy and fun to move in around it.

We really would not be able to cook since we are focused on cleaning, so we ordered in at our usual Ministop chicken bucket. After this we thought it would be our last with their bucket as another company now owns them, gladly it wasn't so. They will still have the usual menu and will be adding more.

Despite not getting much sleep that night since after the cleaning we have discussed about businesses, the day after feels quite refreshing after a warm shower at night. I sometimes ponder if I could have a foldable bathtub but I'm concerned of the space and aesthetics, would want to overcrowd the bath.

Before hand, we have informed that the guests needs to bring their respective I.D and proof of Vaccination or any PCR Test, although they only required to fill out the check-in form and present ID then we proceeded to the unit.
Traffic in the Elevator
As a protocol of the building, the elevator caters only two persons each. So it was quite a bad decision to provide a tour at the most busiest time of the day, before lunch time. We got separated with the two men but finally reconciled at the fourth floor. I was even surprised that the elevator stopped at a different floor even though I already pressed the right floor.
Pool is for owners only - for now
At that time, we were on level 3 quarantine and most restrictions are on place but they'll open it soon for tenants. I will need to get a hold of their pass for the pool soon if the quarantine restrictions continue to ease.
Anime on the watch
Lately, we have been watching the anime, My dress-up darling. Actually, when this started as a Manga, meaw wasn't interested. I was the only one reading it and now it seems that the anime version finally got his interest. But whenever I check his reactions, I feel that he is bored. So I asked him if he is bored, he said, "It's not really boring but it's just that I feel like we're just watching our day to day life and I am not seeing any surprise at all".
Well, he is right after all. My dress up darling is not the only anime which seem to be similar to our daily lives. When I was in medicine, Himouto-umaru seemed like the carbon copy of my daily life. It felt like I was being stalked and made into an anime. But I aplaud the creator for bringing the comedy around it. Sometimes, it would be nice to be friend with the creator if thats possible..
Anyway, so back to My dress-up darling. I would understand if he would feel this way, even I know that our life seemed to be translated into the anime world. Somewhat exaggerated and given more story I would say.
Next, we also are into Sabikui Bisco. The anime that I did not expect I would enjoy watching. These types of anime for me are on the less range of my favorites. Moreso I only watch if I get really bored. Well, it was at that time we were just waiting for new updates and he got curious and we watched it. I can contest that I've continued watching episode per episode.
Kimetsu No Yaiba: Entertainment district has finally reached the last episode and I can't take it off my mind. The detail, story, aesthetics are all mind-blowingly the main entreé! My hormones seem to shoot up with the flashy Hashira which I so forcibly try to evade several times, but he caught me too. I try to tell myself that he has already three wives and I don't want to only be the fourth wife.
There's no use telling myself that I can't have him! Also, that demon who turned the two siblings into a demon is hell a jaw dropper! I would like to see more screen time of him and maybe get to know him more. Ahhh! I feel like Albedo in blushing mode for Ains, except mine is I'm blushing for Hashiras and demons! Bad me *slaps self.
She Professed herself pupil of the wise man is a hard pill to swallow. Well, sorta. Animation wise is great but the story line seems to not keep our attention far longer. We find ourselves pausing the video a lot and catching up later on.
