Two inspiring medical captains opened their doors to venture out in the food industry at Centennial Road Cavite.
"We feel that this is an area for growth, kasi itong road na ito is a diversion road that would connect the province of Cavite, Aguinaildo Highway that would traverse from Dasmarinas Silang, all the way to Batangas, dito ganun din, from Manila, Coastal Road, Cavitex, and the Centennial Road Going all the way to Naig, Maragondon, Ternate going to Nasugbu, This would be the second main road traversing cavite, so this is an area for growth in Cavite" says Chairmain/Medical Director Ismael M. Mercado.

The features of the location reminiscing the grassy lands, rocks and plains became a challenge but modern road developments paved way for new businesses to arise in the area. The easy access from the road makes it a good target not only to passerbys, but also to that had long trips from other regions.
It had perfect spacious parking space infront great to stop by and grab a bite to try their best Pizzas and Pastas and variety of food from their menu.
What makes this branch unique is the friendly staff, clean environment and good service. Announcements were made at the world wide web for courteous young and aspiring staff to-be last August and they have created a group of incredible workers.

NEW YORKER'S YELLOW CAB PIZZA MAKING
Let's start the Operation!
I had a good opportunity to be able to make Yellow Cab's Bestseller, New Yorker Style Pizza.
The Protocol would be to wear Personal Protective Equipment Gloves and Hairnet, this I loved about their main concern of cleanliness, a +1 for me!

Firstly, was to Spread the Tomato sauce using the back of rounded soup laddle, starting from the middle spreading the sauce in a circular fashion till the outside.
Mozarella and Parmesan Cheese
In an orderly fashion, we garnished the Pizza with:
Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon, Ground Beef, Garlic, Onions, Red and Green Bell peppers, Mushroom , Olives, Italian Sausage.
I'm serious, I have to make this a work of art!!

I would like to personally thank Mr. Marlo, my Pizza making Trainer, he was very patient and precise in his instructions!
When you are satisfied by your work, its time to heat it in a large oven for Pizzas!
Finally, when the Pizza was done, it's time to cut it up!
Cutting the Pizza has a simple rule of starting from the middle going to the outer portion but it has to be cut once on straight line and don't swing it backward.
I'm very happy with how my Pizza turned out! I'm famished!
Included in our free lunch is the 6 pcs. Hot Chicken Wings(Crisp and juicy chicken wings tossed in our spicy wing) and Chicken Alfredo Pasta (Sauteed tender chicken strips and black olives tossed in a smooth and creamy white sauce garnished with fresh basil) plus Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta (Tender chicken strips, shiitake mushrooms and roasted peanuts sauteed in a spicy oriental sauce garnished with spring onions)

The owners and I have same roots which is also a medical practitioner, I too have journey to path different from others but that's what makes everyone unique and striking, it is the will and courage to go after your hearts desire and stand firm in facing the challenges.
